Job Title: Description:
Global Sales Executive, Mobile Solutions

Position Overview:

  • This is a newly created role with the emphasis on developing and concluding sales opportunities for Software Imaging’s mobile phone-related products and technologies globally with mobile handset, operator, and application development companies.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Own all aspects of sales activities involving the mobile phone space including but not limited to identifying and closing new accounts, growing existing accounts, customer visits and presentations, capitalizing on the sales aspects of strategic relationships, revenue forecasting and internal reporting, contributing customer field data to Product Management and Development groups
  • Apply a consultative sales approach with the ability to influence key decision makers
  • Generate and build relationships with handset manufacturers, mobile operators, and mobile application development companies worldwide
  • Communicate, present, and promote the value of Software Imaging’s mobile products in a succinct coherent fashion
  • Identify opportunities and progress them through the pipeline
  • Negotiate terms with customers
  • Apply an entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivated sales mentality to cold calling, account penetration, relationship development, closure, and account management
  • Provide upstream forecasts on quarterly pipeline opportunities to management
  • Provide market/customer feedback and suggestions relative to product and technology needs, as well as programs
  • Meet or exceed the assigned revenue plan

Candidate Profile:

  • A superior record of sales success, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue plans
  • Strong desire to succeed, results-orientated, energetic and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done
  • Seasoned sales person with minimum of 7 year’s sales experience in the mobile space selling to mobile handset, operator, and/or application development companies
  • Extensive relationships and contacts within the mobile space and in-depth understanding of mobile industry buying cycles
  • Demonstrable ability to successfully sell new products into large complex organizations
  • Strong relationship building skills, flair for identifying opportunities and proven ability to negotiate & close deals in a technical sales environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willing to travel worldwide up to 50%
